Any trims designed by us for your brand continue to remain our intellectual property. Our sales bill acts as a mutual agreement to use the same in your garments indefinitely. Any complaints should be brought into our notice within 15 days of receipts of goods. In case any genuine defects are found, our liability is only limited upto replacement of goods.
